Guest Passes – 2026 Season

Guest passes are intended to support visits within the Eagle Creek community and are primarily designed for those with a connection to a tenant or member. Access to booking guests passes is password protected please reach out to your tenant connection for this year's password to proceed below.

Guest Pass Options

Day Passes

$20 per person

Day passes are intended for short visits and casual drop-ins.

Day Pass Rules:

Valid from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM only (maximum 10 hours)
Not available on event weekends
Guests must depart before evening events begin
Not intended for event access or late-night stays
Primarily for those visiting a tenant site or attending a pre-arranged visit to the property

Overnight Guest Passes

Overnight guest passes are available only for guests staying within a tenant’s site and must be arranged through the hosting tenant.

These passes are not valid for cabins, motel rooms, or short-term bookings, and cannot be used to add additional occupants to an existing reservation.

All overnight guest passes are limited to a maximum of 2 guests per tenant site and must be arranged in advance through the hosting tenant.

Event Weekend Overnight Passes

$25 per person, per night

Event weekend pricing applies during designated high-demand weekends and special events throughout the season.

Event Weekend Rules:

Maximum of 2 guests per tenant site
Maximum stay of 3 nights
Valid only within a tenant’s site
Event weekend pricing applies to any stay that overlaps the dates listed below
Stays spanning both event and non-event dates must be booked using the applicable pass type for each portion of the stay

May Long Event Weekend — May 15–18, 2026
GCA Pride Event Weekend — June 19–21, 2026
Canada Day Long Weekend — July 1–5, 2026
GCA Mid-Summer Event Weekend — July 17–19, 2026
August Long Event Weekend — July 31–August 3, 2026
Labour Day Long Weekend — September 4–7, 2026

Regular / Non-Event Overnight Passes

$20 per person, per night

Regular overnight pass pricing applies on all dates outside of the event weekends listed above.

Regular Overnight Rules:

Maximum of 2 guests per tenant site
Maximum stay of 7 nights
Valid only within a tenant’s site

Important Notes

Guest passes are intended to support tenant-hosted visits and community connections
Day passes are not available during event weekends
Overnight guest passes are for tenant sites only
Guest passes cannot be used to add people to an existing booking or reservation

All guest pass requests and bookings are subject to approval. Access may be declined at our discretion to maintain the campground experience

We keep guest pass access intentionally limited to maintain the experience of the campground for our members and tenants.

Day passes are primarily intended for those with a connection to someone on the property. If you don’t have a direct connection, you can submit a request for consideration.

Requests are reviewed based on availability and overall fit with the campground experience.
