Does everyone need a membership?Yes. Seasonal memberships are required for each member of your party attending the property. Memberships must be registered ONLINE and by each person individually for the waiver acknowledgement. Make certain all guests are registered prior to arrival. A $15 additional fee per person arriving unregistered will be applied to the booking. A new membership is required for each season at Eagle Creek.

What are the restaurant hours?The restaurant is open Saturdays for dinner service between 5pm and 7pm serving our full menu plus occasional specials. Sunday Brunch is served buffet style weekly at 10am, except long weekends when brunch shifts to Monday in favour of our FREE camper appreciation BBQs at 1pm on the Sunday. What is your cancellation policy?30+ Days Out - A fee equal to 15% of total booking will be applied as a cancellation fee against any bookings cancelled within 30+ days of arrival date. 15-29 Days Out - A fee equal to 30% of total booking will be applied as a cancellation fee against any bookings cancelled within 15+ days of arrival date. 7-14 Days Out - A fee equal to 60% of total booking will be applied as a cancellation fee against any bookings cancelled within 7+ days of arrival date. 3-6 Days Out - A fee equal to 80% of total booking will be applied as a cancellation fee against any bookings cancelled within 3+ days of arrival date. No refunds will be given to bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date.

How do I check in?Check-in starts at 2:00 pm on the day of your reservation. Early check-in may be available only with prior arrangement. When you arrive at the gate, please call the number on the sign with the full name on the reservation and your site information. Check-in ends at 8:00 pm. If you may be late contact us to make alternate arrangements. Late arrivals without prior arrangement may not be accommodated. Each individual guest must have a membership – have your party register prior to arrival.

Fire pit Non-Serviced RV & Tent Sites Fire pit **Shady Pines tent sites are walk-in access only** Cabins Bed(s) Table/Chairs Natural gas heating Lantern Bring your own: Bedding and pillows Cooking instruments (camp stove, BBQ, etc.) Cooler(s) Additional battery powered lighting (cabins do not have power) Motel Rooms The motel area is outfitted with 2 communal fire pits, a large picnic table, a standard BBQ, and chairs around the fire pits. Bed Count: Rooms 1, 2, & 8 | Single Queen Bed Rooms 3 - 7 | 2 Double Beds Includes: Bedding and pillows (removed for bookings with pets) Table/Chairs Washroom (toilet, shower, sink) Towels (for shower use only) Coffee Machine and Pods (Keurig) Microwave Refrigerator Bring your own: Cooking instruments (camp stove, utensils, etc.) Cooler(s) Towels for beach and other areas

How do I order ice and firewood?Campers can order ice and wood in advance or on-site from our online store. You will need to be logged into a valid member account to access the store. Orders placed by 8pm will be delivered same day. Orders placed after hours will be delivered by 11am the next day.

How do I check out?Check out time is 12 noon on your day of departure. Late check out may be available by arrangement. Your cabin, room, or site must be vacated by check out time unless prior arrangements have been made. Guests are welcome to remain on the property past check out time to enjoy the amenities and restaurant. Cabin and Motel guests can leave the room/cabin unlocked wit the key on the table at check out. Let management know of any problems or damage prior to departure. Additional charges may apply to any damages incurred. Please remove all waste and ensure site is set back to check in condition. RV Dumping must be done using an RV portable tank. RVs may not drive up to the dump station. Public drive up dump station is located in Alder Flats.

I'm coming out for the day! What are the rules?- Day pass visitors must be current season members of Eagle Creek Campground & Event Centre. - Day passes are valid from 10am - 8pm on the date identified at time of purchase only. - Day pass holders must exit the property by 8pm sharp. - Day pass visitors must purchase their day pass and register the date of their visit AND which camper or group they are visiting prior to arrival on the property. - While we enjoy meeting new members this way, we do prefer that visitors have a connection to our community prior to arrival. Should you wish to visit on a day pass without visiting any tenant or weekend camper specifically, please reach out to us via email (info@campingeaglecreek.com) to inquire about availability and timing. Visitors not attached to a current tenant or short term stay will need to be met by management for a simple orientation of the property.

I'm an overnight guest of a tenant! What are the rules?- Overnight guests must be current season members of Eagle Creek Campground & Event Centre. - Overnight guests must purchase their day pass and register the date of their visit AND which tenant site they are visiting prior to arrival on the property. - Overnight guests may attend property anytime after 10am on the date registered at purchase and vacate by 8pm on the departure date. - Overnight guests must be housed in the current RV or dwelling units at the site of the tenant they are visiting. No tents or other RVs will be permitted on an overnight rate. Please book you're own site should you wish to bring your own accommodations.
