Go on a hike and explore the beauty of nature that surrounds the campground or get competitive with a game of volleyball.

Hula your way down to the events hall and get ready to hula the night away as you get lei’d in style. Immerse yourself in iconic drag performances you won't want to miss. Dance the night away at the Tropical Extravaganza featuring a live DJ for a gay ‘ol time.

There’s plenty of camping and glamping options available for both the seasoned camper and the happy glamper!

Eagle Creek has a limited selection of 15 amp powered RV sites, a selection of un-serviced RV sites and plenty of tenting sites for the seasoned camper. For happy glampers and comfort campers, Eagle Creek offers an 8-bedroom motel and 3 rustic cabins to call home.

Book early as event registration opens February 1st with limited powered sites available and a limited selection of motel rooms and cabins to book.

Eagle Creek Campground is a private membership, adults-only facility. Each guest must have their own membership and be at least 18 years of age prior to attending the property.

REGISTRATION & BOOKING

Eagle Creek Campground requires a $15 seasonal membership for all guests attending the property. Memberships must be registered ONLINE by each person individually for the waiver acknowledgement. All guests must be at least 18 years of age. Please make sure all guests are registered prior to arrival. A fee of $15 per person arriving unregistered will be applied to the booking in addition to the $15 membership fee for that individual. New memberships are required for each new season and expire at the end of each season.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in starts at 2:00PM on the day of your reservation. Early check-in may be available only with prior arrangement. When you arrive at the gate, please call the number on the sign with your full name on the reservation and site information.

Make sure all guests are registered prior to arrival. A $15 additional fee per person arriving unregistered will be applied to the booking.

Check-in ends at 8:00PM. If you will be late, contact Eagle Creek to make alternate arrangements 403 829 7345.

Check-out time is 12:00PM (noon) on your day of departure.

CAMPSITES, ACCOMMODATIONS, & RATES

Eagle Creek offers serviced sites, non-serviced sites, tenting sites, a motel, and cabins. Sites and room bookings include an occupancy of up to 2 (two) persons. A charge of $20.00/person/night is applicable to additionally registered guests.

*Event weekends are subject to rates that include any cover charges for dances and events.

Serviced RV Sites (15 AMP)

$45/weeknight | $55/weekend night*

- Sites are suitable for any size RV

- 2 person occupancy included

- 15 AMP power and water hookup

- On-site fire pit

*Misty Meadows Sites do not have water access, but are located near water access at the shower house*

Non-Serviced RV Sites

$40/weeknight | $50/weekend night*

- Sites are suitable for any size Tent

- 2 person occupancy included

- On-site fire pit

Tenting Sites

$35/weeknight | $45/weekend night*

- Sites are suitable for any size Tent

- 2 person occupancy included

- On-site fire pit

*Shady Pines tent sites are walk-in access only*

Rustic Cabins

$90/weeknight | $120/weekend night*

- Natural gas heating included

- 2 person occupancy included

- Comes with bed(s), table/chairs, lantern

- Bring your own:

● Bedding and pillows

● Cooking instruments (camp stove, BBQ, etc.)

● Cooler(s)

● Additional battery powered lighting (cabins do not have power)

Motel Rooms

$110/weeknight | $130/weekend night*

- Single Queen Bed (rooms 1, 2, and 8)

- 2 Double Beds (rooms 3-7)

- Private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink)

- 2 person occupancy included

- Comes with ready-made beds, table/chairs, towels, coffee machine & pods, microwave, and refrigerator.

- Community BBQ access for motel guests.

- Bring your own:

● Cooking instruments (camp stove, weenie roasters, etc.)

● Cooler(s)

● Towels for beach and other areas

AMENITIES

Eagle Creek offers a selection of amenities including food & beverage, water station, firewood, bathrooms, showers, and flush toilets.

Food & Beverages

Food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages are not included in the price of your stay.

General Store

- The general store carries a variety of camping essentials. No food/beverage.

Restaurant

- Thew restaurant is open for dinner service on Saturdays from 5:30pm – 7:30pm and Sundays for buffet brunch from 10:00am – 1:00pm

Bar/Saloon

- Open based on the event schedule. Check in with the camp for more details.

- Serving standard highballs, canned beer, and cooler options

- Drink ticket style with $5.00 per drink

Ice & Firewood

- NO OUTSIDE FIREWOOD ALLOWED

- Ice & firewood can be ordered in advance or on-site from the online store

- Orders placed before 8:00PM will be delivered the same day

Water & Sewage Disposal

Water fill station and sewage disposal options available on and off the campgrounds

Water

Water is potable and may be filled from the hose at the showers. Although the water is potable, we still recommend you bring your own bottled water for personal consumption.

Sewage Disposal

There is a sewage dump station located in Alder Flats, AB, 5 mins away from camp

Recreation

Recreational amenities at Eagle Creek include:

- Volleyball pit in the activity field

- Hiking trail

- Pet corral

- A rustic village with many old western style buildings

- Beach area

- Nude beach behind O’Hana

PETS

We all love our pets! Be fair to your pet and other campers. Please make sure your pet is “camping friendly” prior to your arrival. Aggressive dogs or those that experience separation anxiety are best left at home.
